About Kendra

Educator. Advocate. Catalyst.

With more than 20 years of experience in multifamily operations, finance, and HR leadership, I’ve learned that successful organizations are built where strategy, people, and purpose intersect. My work focuses on creating operational clarity, developing leadership at every level, and integrating systems and technology that help teams thrive.

As a certified instructor for NAAEI, I’m passionate about developing leaders throughout an organization. I teach courses that help industry professionals gain the confidence and skills to lead teams, cultivate the next generation of talent, and embed strategic thinking into daily operations. My leadership philosophy centers on clarity, accountability, and purpose—because great leaders don’t just manage results; they create environments where others can succeed.

I also extend that same commitment to education and advocacy by working with elected officials to ensure legislation is well-informed, balanced, and beneficial for all stakeholders. I view lobbying as an extension of leadership education—helping decision-makers understand the real-world impact of their policies on our industry and communities.

Across my companies, I’ve led initiatives to modernize accounting and HR systems and to cultivate team cultures that value growth, accountability, and service. Whether working with executives, property managers, or emerging leaders, I focus on equipping people to think strategically, act intentionally, and lead others well. My experience spans executive management, organizational development, change leadership, and strategic planning within complex, people-driven industries.

Beyond my corporate work, I’m deeply invested in my community and faith. I’ve served in leadership and mentoring roles through church ministries, outreach programs, and community initiatives that encourage service, stewardship, and personal growth. These experiences continually remind me that leadership is about influence, not position—and that meaningful impact often begins close to home.

Grounded in faith and intentional living, I believe in leading with integrity, building with purpose, and creating space for both professional excellence and personal renewal. I find joy in time spent with family, quiet mornings with coffee, exploring nature, and helping others design lives and organizations that reflect their highest calling.

If you’re passionate about purposeful leadership, industry advocacy, or operational strategy in the multifamily sector, I’d love to connect.
