Kendra Bork is one of the founders at Cambridge. Also a licensed General Contractor, Kendra oversees all of the accounting and HR functions within Cambridge. Her specialties include the intake of new properties and audits of resident and financial files, forensic accounting, web design, maintenance and technology strategies, and time management. She served as the 2020 President of the Southern California Rental Housing Association, is a member of the NAAEI Faculty, and is a Regional Vice President with the National Apartment Association.
